Ashlee Knuckey serves as Chief Risk, Ethics and Compliance Officer for º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for leading º£½ÇÂÒÂ×'s Risk and Compliance team and driving excellence through a Risk and Compliance department that meets and surpasses the expectations of º£½ÇÂÒÂ×’s government clients, providers and members.

Prior to joining º£½ÇÂÒÂ× in 2022, Knuckey served as a partner at Locke Lord LLP, where she was Co-Chair of the Health and Managed Care Litigation practice group and a member of the Board of Directors. During her time at Locke Lord, Knuckey served as Lead Regulatory Counsel for WellCare in its merger with º£½ÇÂÒÂ×.

Knuckey also served as Outside General Counsel for the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, where she was a trusted advisor to Association leadership, including the CEO, CFO and executive committee.

Knuckey holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor degree from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
