Tanya McNally serves as Chief People Officer for º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Corporation. McNally leads the Human Resources (HR) function and drives strategies to optimize employee and business success. Prior to joining º£½ÇÂÒÂ× through the company’s acquisition of WellCare, McNally served as Vice President of Human Resources for WellCare for nearly a decade. She also held senior HR roles at companies such as Citigroup and Lehman Brothers.

McNally earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a Master of Arts in organizational psychology from Columbia University.
